The words ISLAM and MUSLIM were not written down till 730AD
100 years after the death of the prophet in 628 AD.
There was never a complete Koran during the lifetime of the prophet.

In the 7th century written Arabic had no vowels. Only 15 consonants.
So there could never have been anyone called Mohammed. No vowels existed.
